And now we hear there is a cholera epidemic in Syria. More BW? This is a reflection of unsafe water or deliberately contaminated water supplies. It kills via massive diarrhea and dehydration, though it is otherwise not a severe illness.
The WHO's Michael Ryan is overdoing himself today with his body language and loud voice. Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. He has not suggested a single solution, nor have any of the other WHO briefers.
The WHO press conferences occur weekly on Wednesdays at 9 am EDT.
