UPDATE June 23: WHO removed it pediatric Covid vaccine guidance a day after posting it. Heads must be rolling in Geneva. Then ACIP had a god-awful meeting the next day, not only minimizing the troublisng issue of myocarditis, but putting out a call for boosters in the very near future, even without data! Below is my post from yesterday, before the change.

WHO SHOULD GET VACCINATED
The COVID-19 vaccines are safe for most people 18 years and older...
Children should not be vaccinated for the moment.
There is not yet enough evidence on the use of vaccines against COVID-19 in children to make recommendations for children to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Children and adolescents tend to have milder disease compared to adults. However, children should continue to have the recommended childhood vaccines.
While the above WHO guidance is dated June 3, it just appeared. I can't help wondering if the delay in the ACIP emergency meeting (from June 18 until tomorrow, June 23) was necessitated by a huge confab in which CDC and WHO needed to come to some agreement on what the plan would be for vaccinating children. Children includes adolescents. In most western countries, the Pfizer vaccine has been authorized for those age 12 and over.
Now the WHO says those under 18 should not receive Covid vaccines. I strongly doubt the ACIP will veer from this recommendation during its 5 hours to discuss vaccine safety and use tomorrow.
This throws a huge wrench into the CDC recommendations for children to attend camps this summer, which are just about to start. And what about the college mandates? How can colleges mandate a vaccine that is essentially too dangerous for 17 year olds?
The wall of lies and hidden data is crumbling. Dr. Peter McCullough estimates that 50,000 Americans have died from complications of their Covid vaccinations. Too many people are going to the hospital for vaccine complications. Most Covid cases are now occurring in the vaccinated. Too many Americans know about too many tragic "anecdotes."
Public health has become public anti-health. But it is going down.

An insider estimated the VAERS reports for deaths following the jabs is more like 25,000 currently. Given the Harvard study found less than 1% report vaccine injuries to VAERS, and most people don’t even know it exists, the number of true deaths following the jabs could be anywhere from '20,000 to 600,000'.
Wow. This is big.
Transparency, transparency, transparency! People (and governments) only lie when they are hiding something. So why should I listen to their advice, when they will not be truthful?
I am over 60 years of age with very mild asthma, but I still won't take their flipping vaccine until they come clean, which is probably never. I will take my Vitamin D and other supplements, wash my hands frequently, stay away from crowds, and take my Ivermectin if I get symptoms.
Done!
It seems the text on the WHO vaccines advice page was changed just a few hours after the time of your blogpost (based on snapshots from the wayback machine https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/covid-19-vaccines/advice).
Version from June 22nd (the one you quoted):
Children should not be vaccinated for the moment.
There is not yet enough evidence on the use of vaccines against COVID-19 in children to make recommendations for children to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Children and adolescents tend to have milder disease compared to adults. However, children should continue to have the recommended childhood vaccines.
Version from June 23rd:
Children and adolescents tend to have milder disease compared to adults, so unless they are part of a group at higher risk of severe COVID-19, it is less urgent to vaccinate them than older people, those with chronic health conditions and health workers.
More evidence is needed on the use of the different COVID-19 vaccines in children to be able to make general recommendations on vaccinating children against COVID-19.
WHO's Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) has concluded that the Pfizer/BionTech vaccine is suitable for use by people aged 12 years and above. Children aged between 12 and 15 who are at high risk may be offered this vaccine alongside other priority groups for vaccination. Vaccine trials for children are ongoing and WHO will update its recommendations when the evidence or epidemiological situation warrants a change in policy.
It's important for children to continue to have the recommended childhood vaccines.
This is the only section of the text that was changed on that date. (The version from June 22nd had existed at least since April 8, based on snapshots of the wayback machine, with just one minor change somewhere between June 1st and June 4 when Sinopharm and Sinovac were added to the list of vaccines that met the WHO's necessary criteria for safety and efficacy ).
