I need to add a caveat that these measures have NOT been tested, nor are there published studies supporting them for use against spike protein. However, they are the best ideas being offered currently, and because these recommendations are generally safe, it would be reasonable to try them under a medical practitioner's supervision.

Imagine the CDC having run a 'campaign' in Spring 2020 urging folks to take nicotine? Instead, the CDC lied about nicotine and offered us zero prophylactics.
And now, imagine the CDC recommending taking nicotine so as to attenuate danger of S protein in the mRNA shots?
