Read the FDA approval letter please. This is how they scam you, by making it nearly impenetrable. Below, I identify the two most relevant passages. The rest of the letter is repetitive blather to keep your head spinning.
page 2 last line, footnote: here FDA quietly admits that the licened Pfizer vaccine and the authorized Pfizer vaccine are identical w.r.t. safety and efficacy, but they are "legally distinct." That's code for one has manufacturer liability, while the other doesn't. It is also code for "we don't want to impose a mandate on the EUA product 'cause it is illegal, but we can probably get away with a mandate on the licensed product."
page 12 AA. This tells you that yes, we licensed the vaccine, but...there is a lot of the old vaccine out there, actually "a significant amount" and this amount will be considered an EUA vaccine and will continue to be used. Maybe for a very long time.
Now, why would they do that? Why specify that identical versions of the product will be legally different? Because they need the license to impose the mandates. But they need the EUA to evade liability.
Along with the license comes liability for the manufacturer. (But all EUA products were given a liability shield.)
Unfortunately, our federal overlords would prefer us to be without recourse if we are injured, rather than have Pfizer risk defending its product in court.
So, my inference is that the feds want the public to THINK the vaccine they are receiving is licensed, which will make people submit because they believe it can now be mandated, but instead the public is almost certain to receive the EUA vials instead, to save Pfizer's behind.
* You will be able to tell the difference when you see the vaccine vial. The letter explains that the COMIRNATY-labelled vials will be the licensed ones, and the others (under EUA) will say something like Pfizer BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine without the brand name COMIRNATY.
Yes, a stingy CICP injury program exists, which I have previously written about, but it has not paid out for a single Covid vaccine injury, last time I checked.
How did I figure this out? Because I have read other FDA approval letters, and this one had significant weasel wording. And I have seen other FDA tricks. So it just took me awhile to identify what was being hidden. I could be wrong. But then we would need another explanation for the language in the approval letter. I'm happy to entertain other interpretations.
P.S. Pfizer made $33 billion so far this year on its mRNA vaccine.

Dr. Nass, thank you for these two recent posts. It seems they represent some opportunity to challenge the mandates for as long as the product being injected is not the "Comirnaty" labeled one.
David Martin unpacks some other problematic areas in his program today:

The two salient points (among others): 1) The approval letter actually requires data collection on specific adverse advents, only scheduled for final review as much as five years from now(!). 2) The approval letter/process did not evidently perform any review of the adverse events data already reported, a specific failure otherwise mandated by 1986 law providing product liability immunity.
This Stew Peters segment mentions a Pfizer whistle-blower who says that 200,000 Americans have now died from the shots!?

Sweden No Covid Deaths, or Masks!
What are they doing right and USA doing wrong?
What’s happening? According to an as-yet unpublished but online study by two Svenske researchers, it appears the country has reached that Holy Grail of Covid called “herd immunity.” That means a level where those already protected are significantly guarding those without exposure.

FYI! 'NO ADVISORY COMMITTE'!
We did not refer your application to the Vaccines and Related Biological Products
'Advisory Committee' because our review of information submitted in your BLA, including
the clinical study design and trial results, did not raise concerns or controversial issues {What?}
that would have benefited from an advisory committee discussion.
That's like saying there was no evidence of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Worse actually. Truth is totally absent. Will some decent judge tell FDA to go stuff it and 'to follow their own rules for extremely controversial applications?' Remember those doctors saying no way in hell it would be approved? Well those doctors were bypassed, the whole advisory process was bypassed, because the advice was deemed unnecessary. (What?)

THE APPROVAL PROCESS WAS FLAWED!
Cutting Corners: Liberals Mindlessly Rejoice as FDA Fully Approves Pfizer Vaccine Despite Poor Results; Skipped Key Clinical Trials and Advisory Committee Review.

Thank you Dr. Nass for your help in all of this stress, chaos, deception.
I think the key comments are on page 12 under Z which says:
"Z. If the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID‑19 Vaccine is exported from the United States, conditions C, D, and O through Y do not apply, but export is permitted only if 1) the regulatory authorities of the country in which the vaccine will be used are fully informed that this vaccine is subject to an EUA and is not approved or licensed by FDA"
and the last page which says:
"This EUA will be effective until the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of drugs and biological products during the COVID-19 pandemic is terminated under Section 564(b)(2) of the Act or the EUA is revoked under Section 564(g) of the Act"
Therefore, it's no more approved than it was when it started as an EUA.
And the document is contradictory. In some parts it uses the word "licensed" but then on page 12, it says that it's not licensed.
I think that they just hoped no-one would read it and would just swallow the coolaid from the youtube zoom call.
Thanks for your insightful work. Looks like yesterday’s announcement was likely too good to be true.
The US contracted to prepurchase 750 millions of doses of vaccine under the EUA, including 300 million doses from Pfizer, according to the Washington Post last spring. At the time, inquisitive people wondered what the US was up to, prepurchasing many more doses than needed to meet the current emergency.
Do you have any idea where I could start looking for contracts for US to purchase Comirnaty? Since it was just approved yesterday, I would venture to guess that no contract has been signed.

Just reading the insert for the Comirnaty (link below) and as well as admitting the heart problems associated with it's use especially in young men it also says:
"COMIRNATY has not been evaluated for the potential to cause carcinogenicity, genotoxicity, or impairment of
male fertility"
So they basically are saying in the product insert we don't think it causes female infertility or miscarriages, we aren't sure whether it is safe for breast feeding, young healthy men can definitely die from from heart attacks, we didn't even bother to check for cancer causing, gene damaging, or male fertility problems.
I wonder why they didn't bother to check for those problems?
Now reading the leaflet that comes in the box do you still want to take it?
If that was on the side of any other product would you take it?

“Study: Fully Vaccinated Healthcare Workers Carry 251 Times Viral Load, Pose Threat to Unvaccinated Patients, Co-Workers”
Headline from Childrens Health Defense!
See article at https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/vaccinated-healthcare-workers-threat-unvaccinated-patients-co-workers/?utm_source=salsa&eType=EmailBlastContent&eId=2a8cae2f-18f9-48b2-ab50-39686590e40e
Excerpt from article
Thus, we have a key piece to the puzzle explaining why the Delta outbreak is so formidable — fully vaccinated are participating as COVID-19 patients and acting as powerful Typhoid Mary-style super-spreaders of the infection.
Vaccinated individuals are blasting out concentrated viral explosions into their communities and fueling new COVID surges. Vaccinated healthcare workers are almost certainly infecting their coworkers and patients, causing horrendous collateral damage.
If you factor in the following points, there's only one logical conclusion.
1. COVID-19 (SARS-COV2) has a 99.8+% survival rate
2. The "vaccines" don't prevent you from getting COVID
3. The "vaccines" don't prevent you from spreading COVID
4. The "vaccines" don't lessen the severity of COVID cases
5. The "vaccines" cause more harm and death than all other vaccines in history combined, and that's not including the mid-term (12 months - 3 years) and long-term (3 years+) effects.
6. This is a worldwide campaign that's being pushed with such fervor for something that 99.8+% of the population survive, and for which there are proven treatments and therapeutics (HCQ+azith+Zinc / Ivermectin / etc.) which could push that 99.8+% to 99.99+%.
7. The FDA abandoned all of their previous procedures and approved these "vaccines" with only 6 months of testing data when it normally takes 5+ years.
8. Nowhere will you find recommendations for people to supplement with Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium, Quercetin, etc. from any "official" government source. Why wouldn't they tell people to take supplements to boost their own natural immune system if this was truly about health?
So the only logical conclusion is that this is a depopulation measure.
Thank you Dr. Nass - you bring the most value to the conversation. Thank you.
According to one anonymous person on this blog after mentioning eight items, "the only logical conclusion is that this is a depopulation measure".
I answer non-anonymously:
Given every single point made, there is an alternative conclusion: These vaccines are being driven by profit-making concerns.
Depopulation as the driver has not been proven as the ONLY logical conclusion (nor has profit-making).
