Did we just pivot from Oceania to EastAsia?
But Macron didn't get the message yet.
PARIS — Residents and tourists in Paris will be required to wear face masks outdoors starting Friday as France sees a surge of COVID-19 infections fueled by the omicron variant.
The Paris police prefecture said the mask rule will apply to people ages 12 and over, although individuals will be exempt while riding bicycles or motorcycles, traveling in vehicles and doing exercise.
Those who do not comply face fines of 135 euros ($153).
Masks already are mandatory in shops, public facilities and office buildings and on public transportation in France.
The French government announced measures to fight the spread of the coronavirus this week, when France reported a daily record of 208,000 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.

What a truly awful woman that Leanna is. Maybe you are right it is continued psychological manipulation, creating a disorientating sense in people where fixed beliefs always have to be changed - not to compliment her, but she's experienced enough that she planned to say that in advance.
ReplyDeleteI recently talked to two young women who signed up to get a Masters in Public Health. They were like soldiers getting ready for boot camp. Completely on board with lies, psych pressure, mandates, and anything else if it meant people would become healthy. I got the distinct impression that they derived genuine pleasure and even a thrill thinking about the tactics they would be using, as opposed to being happy about having "healthier" people.
Anon, your observations of the MPH candidates was spot on. I see the same in nursing. Been an RN for over 40 years. I have never seen so many non-analytical nurses in my life. And too many people go into the health care professions for the wrong reason. They should be servants to their patients, respectful of their choices, not control freaks.
