Amazing that Baltimore's former Health Commissioner speaks honestly about how totalitarian measures should be used to force more Americans to get vaccinated.

I guess former government official Dr. Leana Wen doesn't understand that experimental treatments require informed consent, and the law on informed consent is that no coercion is permitted. I transcribed a few of her sentences:

"We need to make it clear to them that the vaccine is the ticket back to prepandemic life... [Discussing states ending their lockdowns] If eveything is open, what is the carrot going to be?  How are we going to incentivize people to get the vaccine?  Otherwise, people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway."
